The Office of Facilities Management provides oversight for the development and implementation of all construction projects including the renewal, modernization, and maintenance of existing facilities, energy and infrastructure upgrades, and construction of new facilities.

Archdiocese of Omaha agencies and their departments who wish to initiate a facilities related project, need to fill out a Project Request form and turn it into the Office of Facilities Management for consideration.

 

If you wish to make any change related to a project, division directors need to turn in a Request for Change form to the Office of Facilities Management for consideration.  Agencies and/or their departments may be financially responsible for any costs associated with a change to a projects scope of work, whether it has been started or completed, without first being approved by the Office of Facilities Management.
