It is recommended that no one should serve on more than 2 TECs a season. The TEC Core team reminds you that serving is a commitment to their candidate and the other team members. This means attending a mandatory 3 of the 4 team meetings, and to keep active within the program by doing wheat, sending wheat letters coming to hoots, etc...
