This is a very helpful and practical presentation on a variety of disabilities. It teaches how to understand and relate to people with disabilities and their individual needs. Many Impairments are discussed by presenter and panel. It includes “do’s and don’ts” for parish ministers welcoming people with disabilities.

This video, based on a Newberry Award winning story by Patricia MacLachlin, uncovers the many ways in which God's creation and our own senses communicate. As Grandpa and Johnny spend a day together in the country, they explore the countryside, make music, watch T.V., and reminisce with Nana. Johnny discovers that, although Grandpa is blind, he has a beautiful way of seeing. This video is an ideal resource for bringing the viewers to an awareness of the many fruitful relationships we can develop with persons who may seem "different" from us. It also promotes the rewards of intergenerational sharing.

Archbishop Daniel Pilarcyzk of Cincinnati discusses including children with differences in religion classes. Classes do not necessarily need to be adapted to the child with a handicap. This tape shows the child with a difference working in class with all children. Several teachers discuss how they included this child in regular classes.

This is the third book. It tells of Jesus’ Resurrection, meetings with the Apostles and other disciples, Ascension, and the coming of the Holy Spirit.

TITLE: THE ROSE FITZGERALD KENNEDY PROGRAM TO IMPROVE CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH MENTAL RETARDATION

This is an extensive program that covers all bases in Religious Education for people with developmental disabilities.
