This section of PARENTLINK holds resources to help you enjoy the excitement of the early years and answer some of the baffling questions that arise as your child begins to make choices and be influenced by others outside your home.
The vocation of parenthood calls us to love each of our children unconditionally as God loves us. Some days this is easy; other days it’s almost impossible! Providing as near to unconditional love for our child as we can shows him or her a glimpse of God’s love in a way that religious instruction or study cannot. Those simple acts of love provided through patiently teaching, correcting, and forgiving our children are what makes parenthood a call to holiness in the ordinary routine of family life.
