Calling All Rural Elders: Invitation to “Coffee Shop Talk” from the National Catholic Rural Life Conference

The National Catholic Rural Life Conference invites you to "Coffee Shop Talk", a new feature on the www.ncrlc.com website that shares insights and stories about rural life around the country. As a start, NCRLC has posted an article by Fr. Neal Nollette of Chappell, NE who speculates on how to revive community and economic life. He talks about creating a "new pioneering spirit" and how people might take a fresh look at the existing resources in their rural communities.

NCRLC invites your own conversations, thoughts or observations (including articles you may have already written) about life in your rural community or parish. NCRLC will keep a running list of contributions, plus add a few of their own as they hear what people talk about around a cup of coffee.
